PBS

Webster Elementary is a P.B.S. (Positive Behavior Support ) School. PBS focuses on being proactive, setting and enforcing school wide expectations, and acknowledging desired behaviors. At Webster we focus on 3 expectations:Safe, Respectful and Responsible.

The faculty and staff at Webster Elementary strive to recognize students who demonstrate behavior expectations. Each teacher has "Blue Jay Tickets." Tickets are given to students who are following the expectations.

Each teacher has a "Bluejay Bucket" in the classroom to collect tickets. When a classroom collects fifty tickets, the prize wheel will be brought into that classroom. Students will get to spin the wheel and earn a prize for the whole class!

Students are recognized each Thursday morning at Rise and Shine. Those names will be announced and the students will get to choose one of many great prizes!

PBS on the Bus

Students are expected to follow the same expectations on the bus as they do at Webster. Students on the bus are: Safe, Respectful and Responsible.  Students that demonstrate these expectations on the bus have the opportunity to earn a Bus Ticket. These tickets can then be brought to Rise and Shine and redeemed for a special prize.
