Dr. Mayo has twelve years of experience in education administration. His professional background includes: teaching, practicing law, and trust and estate administration.
Dr. Mayo grew up in southwest Missouri and is a graduate of Lamar High School as were both of his parents. He is married to Sherry Ann Mayo (a teacher at Niangua) and they have three kids. Their oldest two children both have degrees from Missouri State University while the youngest is a sophomore at Missouri State University.
