Bidding on the construction for the Junior High and High School ended this month and a construction company from Clinton, was chosen for the job.
Westport Construction has been contracted to do the work paid for by the bond issue passed by voters April 6 of last year. The additions will include nine high school classrooms, three junior high classrooms, a new high school practice gymnasium and a new cafeteria and kitchen for Webster and the Junior High.
Administrators aren't sure yet when construction will begin but they hope to have it begin as soon as possible.
