NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT
Welcome to Marshfield! We are glad you are here and we have the
best interests of your children and their education in mind. To
best begin serving your family, we need to first get your children
enrolled in our school district. All school district enrollment
takes place at the Central Office, located at 170 State Hwy DD, on
the same campus as the High School and Shook Elementary buildings.
The following items are necessary to complete enrollment and get
your children ready to begin classes:

Social Security Card
•
Immunization Records
•
Proof of Residency
•
Proof of Guardianship/Custody papers, if applicable
•
Waiver, if applicable
•
Birth Certificate for all Kindergarten and 1st grade students
•
Transcript for all 9th – 12th grade students
If you come with all of this information in hand, it will make your enrollment process as quick and efficient as possible. Once we have all of the above information on file, you will then be able to go to your child’s new school building and get their class schedule set up so they can begin classes.
